Our Process
1 - Owner Introduction
We would like to understand your business and your needs. We will introduce ourselves, listen to your company's story and objectives, and gather initial information.
2 - Initial Terms
We will ask for additional details and conduct an initial assessment to understand your business, culminating in the submission of an initial proposal (IOI or LOI).
3 - Due Diligence
We engage legal and accounting advisors for comprehensive due diligence. We only work with skilled advisors who share our values of honesty, transparency, effective communication, and empathy.
4 - Closure and Transition
Purchase price closure and legal documentation to transfer funds, ensuring a seamless transaction. We will create and in-depth transition plan that works for all of us.
Our Story
Conor and Sam became friends while attending business school at New York University. What started as a shared passion for sports, food, and the outdoors, became a business partnership based on trust, creativity, and empathy. While working together, it became apparent that Sam's experience in financial due diligence on both buy-side and sell-side transactions was a perfect match for Conor's experience in sales, analytics, HR, and business strategy.

We each have entrepreneurial backgrounds: Sam from working in his family business of grocery stores in Veracruz, Mexico. Conor from his landscaping and telecom start-up roots in Seattle, Washington. We created Amity Capital Partners with the goal to acquire and grow a small business for the long-term. We are looking to buy a business with satisfied customers and great employees.

Telecom Services
We work with businesses in broadband (fiber/cabling), wireless (5G, 4G, LTE), tower maintenance, network design and support, monitoring, electrical, and similar services.

Conor has spent his career helping ISPs and wireless carriers design, build, repair, and market their networks. He has also worked at a call center and a Network Operations Center (NOC) for rural telecom providers. Amity Capital Partners is driven by the goal of keeping customers connected.
Pet Services
Sam spent many years in M&A, helping small business owners build and exit their businesses in pet food, veterinary care, grooming, and boarding services. We love our pets, and the pet industry.
Opportunistic Deals
